Phoebe skirt is splendid

I have to be honest this is not my first skirt from RLF. I fell in love with this design when the skirt came in a vertical tan and white strip many years ago and due to the quality and design is still a staple piece in my wardrobe which makes me feel feminine, powerful and still get complements when I wear it. When I opened the phoebe design I was ecstatic to see nothings changed, still an incredible cut and beautiful quality fabric with its perfect width waist band of stretchy delight and classic tasselled tie.
