RLF is happy to offer a refund if you are unhappy with your online or in store purchase.
- The refund must be within 30 days of purchase
- The item purchased wasn't on sale
- All returned items must be unworn and in its original condition as received, this includes all packaging and tags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
- Please visit our Bulimba Store if you would like to exchange an item.
- If you require an online store credit you will be provided with a voucher/code word of your full purchased amount upon the return of goods to use online at your leisure.
- If your return meets refund requirements we will try our very best to proccess your refund as quickly as possible usually in 1-2 business days once we have received your parcel. During busy periods there may be delays in processing refunds.
- Your return must be posted via tracked post. RLF will not be responsible for responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged.

Renee Loves Frances does not offers refunds on sale Items however we are more than happy to offer a store credits on any returned sale item.
FAULTYA refund or replacement will be given if your product is faulty. General wear and tear that occurs from normal use is not considered a fault.
