RLF is happy to offer a refund if you are unhappy with your online or in store purchase.
- The refund must be within 30 days of purchase
- All returned items must be unworn and in its original condition as received, this includes all packaging and tags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
- Please visit our Bulimba or Woolloongabba Store if you would like to refund or exchange an item in person.
- If you require an online store credit you will be provided with a voucher/code word of your full purchased amount upon the return of goods to use online at your leisure.

All Sale Items are final and cannot be returned. Renee Loves Frances does not offers Refunds or Credits on Sale Items.
FAULTYA refund or exchange will be given if your product is faulty. General wear and tear that occurs from normal use is not considered a fault.
