RLF is happy to offer a refund if you are unhappy with your online or in store purchase.
- The return must be within 30 days of purchase
- The item purchased wasn't on sale
- All returned items must be unworn and in its original condition as received, this includes all tags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
- If you require an online store credit you will be provided with a voucher/code word of your full purchased amount upon the return of goods to use online at your leisure.
- If your return meets refund requirements it will be processed in 1-2 business days once we have received your parcel.
- Your return or exchange must be posted via tracked post. RLF will not be responsible for responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged.
- Items had are not faulty are to be returned at the customers expensive.
- If a change of mind or size exchange is requested a code will be sent to you to re-purchase the item online and shipped at customers expensive (unless over $100)

Once we have received your form we will contact you with further postage details.
Once we have received your return and it has been approved you will receive a refund or be emailed a credit note to use on an exchange (excluding shipping charges) directly to your method of payment.
Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalised. Please use tracked shipping on returns, we are not liable for the loss of garments being returned.
If you would like to exchange a item please follow the return processes. Once we have received your return we will email you a code to purchase your exchange online.
Exchange shipping will not be covered for change of mind (unless over $100 under our free shipping policy)
A refund or exchange will be given if your product is faulty. General wear and tear that occurs from normal use is not considered a fault.
